He is admitted to practice before the bar of District of Columbia and the bars of the states of New Jersey and New York. A former Attorney General of New Jersey, Harvey has over 25 years of litigation experience in media and entertainment and commercial matters. In 2012, he was recognized as “Private Practitioner of the Year” by MBBA. Michael S. Arlein is also a partner with Patterson Belknap Webb and Tyler LLP and is a graduate of Harvard Law School. Admitted to practice before the bars of the states of New Jersey and New York, Arlein specializes in trusts and estates, along with estate and tax planning. He is also a published author of various scholarly articles. Laura E. Butzel is another partner with the firm, who holds a law degree from New York University School of Law. Butzel specializes in art and museum law and tax-exempt organizations. Admitted to practice before the bar of the state of New York, she is an accomplished writer who regularly lectures on topics related to her areas of expertise.

A graduate of the Albany Law School, he practices before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Second District, and the state bar of New York, amongst others. With over 25 years of commercial litigator’s experience, Younger is a leading commercial litigator in the country. He has also been a well-known name in the realm of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Younger has also served as the President of the New York State Bar Association. Gloria C. Phares is a partner with the firm too. Specializing in media and entertainment, appellate, litigation, art and museum law and intellectual property transactions, she obtained her law degree from the University of Chicago. She practices before various courts including the U.S. Supreme Court. A bi-lingual, Phares has been named in the prestigious publication of The Best Lawyers in America.
