A graduate of Harvard Law School, Edward H. Passman is one of the partners with Passman and Kaplan PC. Passman who brings with him rich first-hand knowledge of the workings of the federal government has been practicing law for well over three decades. He specializes in discrimination, employment, labor and civil service laws. Passman is admitted to practice before the U.S. Federal Courts, U.S. Court of Appeals District of Columbia Circuit, U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia, state of Maryland and the Bar of the District of Columbia. He is a full-time litigant. He is also a published author of several articles in various prestigious journals. Passman is also a fellow of The College of Labor & Employment Lawyers, Inc. Joseph V. Kaplan, is the founding principal and managing partner with Passman and Kaplan PC. Kaplan is a graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law. A full-time litigant, he specializes in labor and employment laws. Practicing for well over two decades, he is admitted to practice before the bars of the states of Maryland, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. A published author of various scholarly articles, he was given an “AV” Rating with the Washingtonian Magazine declaring him one of the best lawyers in the nation’s capital.
